The Balmoral will be building 28 town home units in its first phase. Each building will consist of four units with front entrances for the interior units and side entrances for the exterior units.

Our colonial town homes are approximately 1400 square feet each on two floors (700 square feet per floor), consisting of two bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. All units have spacious and private backyards that will truly provide you with a feeling of being in your own home

The Balmoral Club is exclusively reserved for Members only at an additional cost. Membership is by invitation and will be offered on a limited basis to owners of the residences within The Balmoral community as well as to other persons who meet the qualifying criteria.

The club offers a spacious members lounge with extensive patios, Cafe Balmoral and Bar, swimming pool, gym, entertainment room, executive boardroom, billiards room, games room, children’s entertainment room, children's activities room, the Mark Knowles tennis center, landscaped gardens and an event lawn.
