This 25-acre island holds a 1,500 ft landing strip and a total of 18 buildings. The 2-story main residence comprises 3,000 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a wrap-around covered deck.

A 1,750 sq. ft office/communication/laundry building contains a walk-in cooler and freezer, a library, exercise room, pantry and underground storage.

The two-story guest/staff quarters totals 3,500 sq. ft and has full sleeping quarters for 7, bath with 2 showers, dining/living room/kitchen. There is a separate maids' quarters and a manager's apartment. Upstairs are 2 add'l bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and full living quarters.

Leaf Cay is the only private island in the Bahamas with public power supplied by Bahamas Electricity Corporation (BEC). Emergency power is provided by six generators. Water is supplied by four cisterns totaling 145,000 gallons, and a Desalination Watermaker system with 5,000 gal per day. Also included are standard telephone, large commercial direct satellite link, Satellite phone, 3 weather stations and intercome between buildings. Fully equipped with jet/gasoline/diesel/propane gas storage.
