With its two companions, Harbour Island and the community of Spanish Wells, Eleuthera Island has long been a favoured destination. This land has a road allowing access to the 22+ foot elevations. The cay has been approved for development of 23 homesites. Construction equipment and the approvals are available for an additional cost. Large boats may be berthed at one of the full marinas at nearby Harbour island with smaller boats used as tenders. Please contact me for more information.
