For your Information all sales prices listed are Gross prices meaning that, Stamp Tax (payable to the government) of 10% is not included (buyer and seller each pay 5%).

Buyer and Seller each pay their own legal conveyance fees, not included in a gross price, typically between 1.5% and 2.5%.

Seller pays Realtor commission of 6% of Gross price on constructed property and 10% for sale of land. (Included in price).
