Educated in Scotland, England, New Orleans and Connecticut Jason has both a B.A. from Tulane and a law degree from Buckingham University.
Having worked in offshore banking for five years and real estate for seven Jason brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients.

Sean McCarroll
Educated in Scotland, The Bahamas and The United States, Sean has a wealth of experience and cultural diversity coupled with an easy going professional nature that appeals to the most discerning of clientele. A long-time resident of the Bahamas, Sean is an avid boater and has an intimate knowledge of the waters of The Bahamas including New Providence and the Out Islands. His family has lived in The Bahamas since the 1950's which has afforded him relationships with some of the most influential people in The Bahamas.
Starting his career in international shipping, he soon immersed himself in residential Real Estate and has spent considerable time analyzing market conditions in The Bahamas. His passion for the industry is reflected in his daily interactions with clients who appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness in competitive market analysis.
Residing in Paradise Island he has a tremendous knowledge of the exclusive Ocean Club Estates development and is a specialist in land purchases for custom home construction as well as the condominium market.
Tamara D. Dorsett
Tamara D. Dorsett is a licensed real estate agent, member of the Bahamas Real Estate Association and an NAR International REALTORŪ. A native Bahamian, Tamara specializes in finding her clients exactly what they're looking for in a home - be it pet-friendly, family-friendly, in town, or away from it all.
While residing in Florida, Tamara earned a degree in Multimedia and Web Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and took a position at one of the Top 20 advertising and branding agencies in South Florida. In 2002, she returned to the Bahamas, where she worked as a freelance graphic and web designer while pursuing her interest in real estate sales and earning her license.
As the newest member of the Seaview Properties team, Tamara is committed to and focused on giving her clients the best possible service and putting their best interests first. She is passionate about finding her clients exactly what they want and need, and is happy to share her familiarity and knowledge of her island home with clients from around the globe.
