Hard working, fast, knowledgable and professional Jason enjoys working with clients from around the world.

Educated in Scotland, England, New Orleans and Connecticut Jason has both a B.A. from Tulane and a law degree from Buckingham University.

Having worked in offshore banking for five years and real estate for seven Jason brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients.

Dedicated to researching all that is is available on the market he surprises most clients by his ability to find the perfect property to buy and works with sellers to market property to their best advantage with both indirect and direct marketing approaches.

Sean McCarroll

Educated in Scotland, The Bahamas and The United States, Sean has a wealth of experience and cultural diversity coupled with an easy going professional nature that appeals to the most discerning of clientele. A long-time resident of the Bahamas, Sean is an avid boater and has an intimate knowledge of the waters of The Bahamas including New Providence and the Out Islands. His family has lived in The Bahamas since the 1950's which has afforded him relationships with some of the most influential people in The Bahamas.

Starting his career in international shipping, he soon immersed himself in residential Real Estate and has spent considerable time analyzing market conditions in The Bahamas. His passion for the industry is reflected in his daily interactions with clients who appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness in competitive market analysis.

Residing in Paradise Island he has a tremendous knowledge of the exclusive Ocean Club Estates development and is a specialist in land purchases for custom home construction as well as the condominium market.

Tamara D. Dorsett

Tamara D. Dorsett is a Bahamian and licensed real estate agent with the Bahamas Real Estate Association.

She has a degree in Multimedia and Web Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale at Florida and spent the early years of her career working in one of the top 20 advertising and branding agencies in South Florida. On December 24 2002, she returned to the Bahamas, where she worked as a freelance graphic and web designer.

In 2009, she decided to reinvent herself and abandon the creative design field for a more exciting, passion filled life in the real estate industry.

Tamara passionately focuses on giving her clients the attention they deserve and is committed to putting their best interest first.
